Temperature testIt softens and stretches with the warmth of your hand, and turns hard and brittle in the fridge.
Smell and tasteSmoky, mineral and bitter. Sweet or sticky means jaggery or syrup has been mixed in.
A report you can matchAsk for the batch number and the fulvic acid figure. A brand with nothing to hide will show both.
